If you need to apply for a temporary resident visa and require a letter of invitation for this purpose, the Congress organizers can only issue a letter addressed to the delegate, confirming registration and payment for this event. A letter will only be issued after payment in full of the appropriate registration fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is the delegate's responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate insurance to cover losses incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. It is strongly recommended that delegates purchase adequate insurance coverage while participating at the Congress. WFNN and York University, their officers, employees, agents, and volunteers will not accept any liability for personal injuries, nor for loss of or damage to personal belongings. All medical expenses are the sole responsibility of the delegate to settle directly with the medical practitioner or hospital.
