York University is now Canada's third largest university, and world-renowned for attracting the smartest students. With 21 research centres, York is one of the most highly valued and sought-after research institutions. The University has 11 faculties: Arts; Atkinson Faculty of Liberal and Professional Studies; Education; Environmental Studies; Fine Arts; Glendon; Graduate Studies; Health; Osgoode Hall Law School; Schulich School of Business; and Science & Engineering.
York has more than 150 partnership agreements with universities throughout the world to facilitate academic collaboration including the exchange of students and faculty. First rate athletic facilities include: 9 outdoor tennis courts, 5 squash courts, 3 dance/aerobic studios, a swimming pool and an expanding fitness centre.
The congress meetings will be held in centrally located venues on the Keele Campus of the University. Each venue has state of the art technology and audio visual equipment available in each classroom and lecture theatre for the convenience of the presenter and advantage of the delegates.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is the delegate's responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate insurance to cover losses incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. It is strongly recommended that delegates purchase adequate insurance coverage while participating at the Congress. WFNN and York University, their officers, employees, agents, and volunteers will not accept any liability for personal injuries, nor for loss of or damage to personal belongings. All medical expenses are the sole responsibility of the delegate to settle directly with the medical practitioner or hospital.
