REGISTRATION RATES
Early-Bird and Regular Registration fees include admission to all conference sessions, refreshment breaks, 2 boxed lunches and 2 buffet lunches, Opening Reception and access to the Communications Centre and / or wireless access. All registrations are subject to a federal Goods and Services tax (GST) of 5%.
Congress Early-Bird Registration Rates (available until February 1, 2009)
To be eligible to receive this Early-Bird rate, payment must be received at the time of registration OR if paying by cheque or invoice, by the February 1, 2009 deadline or the regular registration fee will apply.
Early-Bird WFNN Member Registration Fee - $425 plus GST
Early-Bird WFNN Non-Member Registration Fee - $525 plus GST
Congress Regular Registration Rates (available after February 1, 2009)
Regular WFNN Member and Presenter Registration Fee - $525 plus GST
Regular WFNN Non-Member Registration Fee - $625 plus GST
HINARI Countries Registration Fee (available throughout registration period) - $255 plus GST

METHOD OF PAYMENT
Registration fees may be paid by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), certified cheque or money order. Instructions for the fee payment will be available at the time you complete the on-line registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fees, less a $75 administrative charge, are refundable for cancellations received in writing prior to April 23, 2009. No refunds will be issued after this date.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancelling a credit card payment, failing to pay the conference fee, or failing to attend the conference does not constitute an official cancellation.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
It is the delegate's responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate insurance to cover losses incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. It is strongly recommended that delegates purchase adequate insurance coverage while participating at the Congress. WFNN and York University, their officers, employees, agents, and volunteers will not accept any liability for personal injuries, nor for loss of or damage to personal belongings. All medical expenses are the sole responsibility of the delegate to settle directly with the medical practitioner or hospital.
