EXHIBITION OPPORTUNITIES
All booths have 8' high curtained back walls and 3' high side walls. Each booth will have a skirted table, and will be equipped with one electrical outlet. Internet connectivity is available on request. All other display equipment is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Booth 8' x 10' - $950 (CDN)
If application and monies are received by February 20, 2009.
Booth 8' x 10' - $1,150 (CDN)
If application and monies are received on February 21, 2009 and thereafter - space permitting.
EXHIBIT AREA AT THE CONGRESS
The exhibit area will be located in a central location of the York University, Keele Campus. Congress registration and all concurrent sessions of the Congress, as well as all refreshment breaks will be held in this area or adjacent to it. The Congress program will provide dedicated time for delegates to visit the exhibition area and to network with exhibitors. Throughout the Congress, exhibitors will have a number of opportunities to meet with key representatives from education, industry, health, and government. All exhibitors participating at the Congress will be listed in the Congress program (if exhibition applications and fees are received by April 1, 2009), and for one year on the WFNN website following the Congress.
Sponsorship opportunities and exhibit space selection are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis with first right of refusal to previous sponsors and exhibitors.
